A brand new 3 acre lake with 60 pegs.Still in its infantsy it was opened in 2001 and does not officially open until 2003,but the owners do allow fishing now.
Heavily stocked with Hybred carp of upto 15lb, Mirrors to 25lb, Leather to 20lb, Tench 6lb (but hard to catch), Roach & Chubb to 2lb, Rudd 4lb and even Eels of 6lb.
There is a secure car park that has 24hr cctv and spaces for 30 cars.It also has toilets.
